What you can and can't do with Ringly traffic.

Prohibited Conduct
No spam, no harassing or threatening calls, no illegal robocalls, no caller-ID spoofing other than your own validated numbers, no fraud, no toll-fraud, no traffic pumping, no SHAKEN signature manipulation, no use to facilitate other illegal activity.
TCPA Compliance
All autodialed calls and prerecorded messages to consumers require prior express written consent. Ringly's AI Agents API enforces a consent flag — calls initiated without it are blocked at origination.
STIR/SHAKEN
All originated traffic is signed at our SBC. You may not attempt to strip, alter, or replace our STIR/SHAKEN signatures. Your customer-provided caller-ID must be a number you legitimately own or have signed authorization to use.
10DLC + SMS
A2P 10DLC messaging requires a registered Brand + Campaign with The Campaign Registry before traffic flows. Bulk unregistered traffic is blocked. All campaigns must honor STOP, HELP, opt-out keywords.
Emergency Services
You must maintain accurate E911 dispatchable addresses for every endpoint. Failure to do so may result in 911 call routing to the wrong PSAP and serious safety consequences — for which you are responsible.
Fair Use of Unlimited Plans
Unlimited plans are intended for normal business use. Sustained averages exceeding 5,000 minutes per line per month or call patterns indicating telemarketing, traffic pumping, or autodialing may be re-rated or moved to a metered plan.
Reporting Violations
Email [email protected] to report violations. We investigate within 24 hours and respond per our published service levels.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, traceback cooperation with the ITG, reporting to law enforcement, and financial penalty per our Master Services Agreement.
