Effective 2026-01-01 · Last updated 2026-06-30
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Ringly account or originating any traffic through our network you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Ringly provides VoIP, SIP trunking, hosted PBX, phone-number procurement, drop-ship hardware, and AI-agent call-control infrastructure to business and individual customers.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Business accounts must be authorized by an officer of the entity. Government, healthcare, and education accounts require a counter-signed MSA.
Billing & Payment
Plans renew monthly or annually as selected. Per-minute usage is billed in arrears. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 5-day grace period. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, USF, TRS, E911, and state surcharges, which are passed through.
Acceptable Use
Outbound traffic must comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all federal and state law. No spam, no robocalls without consent, no fraudulent calls. Violations result in immediate suspension and may trigger reporting to the FCC, ITG, and applicable AGs.
E911 Acknowledgment
Customer is responsible for keeping every endpoint's E911 dispatchable location accurate. Mobile and softphone endpoints must update location before each session. Ringly enforces a pre-flight check but cannot guarantee accuracy of customer-supplied data.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Ringly may suspend or terminate immediately for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal compulsion. Number portability is honored — your DIDs may be ported out without restriction.
Limitation of Liability
Except for E911 obligations, Ringly's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Albany, NY, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
