CPNI Notice

Your rights under FCC 47 CFR Part 64 Subpart U.

Effective 2026-01-01 · Last updated 2026-06-30

What is CPNI?

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is the data about your use of Ringly's service: who you called, when, for how long, what services you subscribe to, and the technical configuration of those services. CPNI does not include your name, address, or phone number (those are subscriber-list information).

How We Use Your CPNI

We use your CPNI to provide and bill for the services you subscribe to, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal process, and protect our network. We do not sell CPNI.

Marketing Within Your Existing Service

We may use your CPNI to market additional features or service tiers within the category of service you already buy from Ringly — for example, suggesting AI Agents to a SIP-trunking customer — without needing additional consent.

Marketing Outside Your Existing Service

To use your CPNI to market services in a different category, we will request your opt-in consent. You may grant or revoke that consent at any time at [email protected].

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose your CPNI to third parties for their marketing without your opt-in consent. We may disclose CPNI in response to lawful subpoena, court order, or to protect against fraud.

Authentication Requirements

When you call us, we authenticate using a pre-established password or by sending a one-time code to your account email or phone. CPNI is never disclosed to a caller without authentication.

Annual Certification

Ringly files an annual CPNI compliance certification with the FCC, signed by an officer, by March 1 of each year, attesting to our compliance with these rules.
