Detariffing Notice
The FCC's CC Docket 96-61 Order detariffed interstate domestic interexchange services for non-dominant carriers effective 2001. Ringly publishes its rates and conditions in lieu of a filed tariff. For services that remain tariffed in certain states, a state-level tariff is filed with the applicable PUC.
Domestic Per-Minute Rates
See /pricing for current published rates. Rates are stated in US Dollars per minute, billed in 6-second increments after a 6-second minimum.
International Per-Minute Rates
International rates by country are published in the customer portal Rate Deck. Rates change from time to time; we provide 30 days notice of material changes.
Per-DID Recurring Charges
Local DIDs $0.99/mo, toll-free DIDs $4.99/mo, premium NPA DIDs (212, 415, 310, etc.) $2.99–$9.99/mo. International DIDs priced per country.
Setup Fees
DID activation: included. Number porting in: included for the first 10 numbers per account, $5 each thereafter. Hardware shipping: actual cost via UPS / FedEx / USPS.
Surcharges & Taxes
Federal USF, FCC Regulatory Fee, TRS, NANP, LNP cost-recovery, state USF (where applicable), state 911, communications-services tax, sales tax — all itemized on every invoice.
Service Conditions
Service is offered on a month-to-month basis except where a longer term is mutually agreed. Calls are billed against the originating account. Disputes must be raised within 60 days of the invoice date.
